Questions
What you need to know before starting.
Does Solo include all the features?
Yes. Solo is not a cut-down plan. Staff-only screens such as wages and leave stay out of the way until you add team members, but the underlying RoundOps feature set is included.
Do I need a payment card for the trial?
No. The trial lasts 30 days and does not require a card. RoundOps asks you to choose Solo or Team only when you decide to subscribe.
Can I import my existing round?
Yes. RoundOps is designed to import spreadsheets and supported competitor exports with mapping, validation, duplicate checks and a rollback point.
Are SMS and payment fees included?
The RoundOps software is included in the plan price. SMS, payment processing, optional bank feeds and unusually high storage are separate provider costs and are shown clearly before activation.
Does it work when staff lose signal?
The production Crew app is designed to download assigned work and safely queue completions, payments, forms and photos until the phone reconnects.
Is Making Tax Digital included?
The accounting and MTD workflows are part of RoundOps. Live HMRC submissions will only be released after the production integration has passed HMRC onboarding and recognition requirements.
